# AI Fear Containment OS — setup

## After duplicating

1. Click the **Duplicate to Notion** link on your delivery page.
2. Choose which Notion workspace it goes into.
3. Open **Home** — it is the first page.
4. Optional: change the cover or icon to anything you like.
5. Optional: delete the sample entries inside the databases. They are only there so the views aren't empty.
6. To remove personal entries later: open a database, select the rows, delete. Nothing is stored by Whelmish.
7. Privacy information lives on the **Privacy + Your Workspace** page.

## If the duplicate link doesn't work for you

Use the fallback import ZIP (`whelmish-ai-anxiety-notion-os-import.zip`):

1. In Notion: **Settings → Import** (or **Import** in the sidebar).
2. Choose the ZIP. Notion converts Markdown files into pages and CSV files into databases in one step.
3. Set **Home** as your entry page. The ZIP creates plain pages — the prebuilt duplicate template also includes buttons, linked views, and page templates, so the duplicate link is the better experience when it's available.
