# Setup — Digital Detox OS · Calm Digital Defaults (Notion Edition)

1. **Duplicate the template** — use the "Duplicate to Notion" link from your delivery page. Choose the workspace you want it in.
2. **Open the Home page**, then read **Start Here** — nothing on it requires action.
3. **Optional:** delete the demo items in the Digital Demand Vault (they're marked "demo, delete me").
4. **Optional:** check [Privacy + Digital Data](privacy.md) before adding app, message, or account detail.
5. That's it. The workspace works without AI, without sorting, and without a routine.

**Fallback only:** if you can't use the duplicate link, import the fallback ZIP — in Notion: *Settings → Import → choose the ZIP*. Notion turns the Markdown files into pages and the CSV into the vault database in one step.

The live Duplicate template is the complete workspace. The ZIP preserves the core content and basic database structure — some native Notion features may need manual recreation after import.
